In today's warmup the Paradiddle Variations were giving me alot of issues, stumbled 3 times then finally managed to get back into it.
Day 3 managed to get the paradiddle variations back on track but still need to get them to settle down a little.
Lifetime warmup Day 4, paradiddle variations are starting to settle down, in no way where they need to be but they're getting better.
This is the 3rd of today's lifetime warmups. I'm trying to do 3 each day to see how much I can improve with a structured practise routine.
